Here you will find the My Elu Foto (also Service Provider) Terms of Use, which are valid as a contract between all users of www.minuelufoto.ee (hereinafter User) and Copy Pro Estonia OÜ (registry code 14305921, VAT ID EE101998121, legal address Teatri väljak 1, Tallinn, 10143) .

By using the services of the Website, the user confirms that he / she has read and agrees to the terms and conditions.

The Service Provider reserves the right to update the Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. The current terms and conditions are always visible on the website www.minuelufoto.ee.

1. Service

A registered user of Minu Elu Foto will be given a user account to digitally upload and store photos. Using the templates provided by My Life Photo, users can create personalized products with their own photos (calendars, photo canvases, photo postcards, polaroid style photos) that can be personalized.

The service provider ensures the printing and binding of the ordered products as requested by the customer.

2. Use of the Service

When creating a user account, you must enter your first and last name, active email address, residential address and telephone number to ensure the order is delivered to the desired location. The User is only required to provide correct and truthful information.

A user account is created personally for one user. The username and password required for logging in will be sent to the email address provided by the user. With your username and password, you can log in to Minu Elu Foto Page and upload your personal photos and store for 3 months, create personalized products with your photos and text.

The User is responsible for the confidentiality of his / her username and password.

The Service Provider is not responsible for the content, origin, copyright or any infringement of the information and images used by the User.

It is the user's responsibility to ensure that uploaded images do not violate the law, in particular pornography, violence, pedophilia and intellectual property rights.

The User shall be liable for damages and fines that may result from uploading and publishing inappropriate, illegal and non-compliant images of Minu Elu Foto.

The Service Provider has the right to refuse to provide the service, to close the user account by deleting all its contents, and to inform the police of any illegal activity in case of using unlawful and unauthorized photos.

3. Ordering

The order is placed on the My Life Photo website through a user account.

You can also place an order at the service provider's office at Rävala pst 6, Tallinn. The order form will be filled in on site.

The user digitally uploads their own images and creates products with personalized images and texts - photos, calendars, postcards, photo canvases, and makes payments through the Minu Elu Foto website.

4. Fulfillment of the order

Your order will be completed once we have received confirmation of payment through the Minu Elu Foto page. The order will be completed within three days (not including delivery) of receipt of payment confirmation.

5. User Account

The user account contains 2GB of storage. This space can be used to upload and store images using the templates provided by Minu Elu Foto to create products with personalized images.

The user account is intended for temporary storage of images. It is the user's responsibility to keep copies or originals of the files on the user's personal data medium. Minu Elu Foto is not responsible for any loss of files.

The service provider has the right to delete the user account or its contents if the uploaded files violate the terms of use.

The content of the user account is stored in the My Life Photo environment for three months. After three months, the service provider will delete the user account or some of its contents.

6. Privacy

The personal information that is entered when placing an order and creating a user account is necessary to ensure that the order is executed and billing documents are completed. By using the Minu Elu Foto environment, the user agrees to the use and processing of personal data.

The personal information entered by the user is stored in the service provider's database to keep the user informed about the process of completing the subscription, to contact in case of problems and to send news and notifications to Minu Elu Foto Environment.

By agreeing to the Terms of Use, the user confirms that they would like to receive newsletters from Minu Elu Foto. You can opt out of receiving newsletters at any time by clicking on the link at the end of the email.

The service provider is obliged to protect the privacy of personal data and does not provide the data to third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

User-uploaded photos remain in the user's possession. The Service Provider confirms that all user-uploaded images respect all intellectual property rights.
8. Liability

The User is aware that the use of the Internet and My Life Photo Services is at the user's own free will.

The Service Provider shall not be liable for any damage (financial loss, loss of profit, any loss) caused to the user or third parties while using the Website.

The Service Provider shall not be liable for any malfunctions or interruptions in connection with the Website, including damages caused by malfunctioning of the Site, data transmission errors, data transmission speed, interruptions during upload, data loss or alteration, illegal activities of third parties, viruses.

The service provider is obliged to make every effort to ensure the availability of the service and to inform users of problems and their extent in case of interruptions or interruptions.

Minu Elu Foto is not responsible for any loss or damage to your data. The user is obliged to keep the originals or copies of the files on his own specific storage medium.

In case of defective products, the user has the right to reclaim the money paid for the order or to replace the ordered product with another product.

If the service provider is unable to fulfill any order, he / she is obliged to return the money paid for the subscription or to reach another agreement with the user within 30 days. If a particular product or service is currently unavailable, the service provider is required to contact the user by telephone or email within three business days of placing the order. If availability of the product or service takes more than three days and the alternatives offered to the user are unsuitable, the service provider will refund the fee paid for the subscription.

9. Price list

Registering on Minu Elu Foto, uploading pictures and creating product previews is free.

The prices of the products and services are listed on the website of the products. All prices are in EUR and include VAT.

Product prices do not include delivery charges. You can find the delivery price list under the name "delivery" in the menu.

You will not be charged for the delivery if you arrive at the address Rävala pst 6, Tallinn.

10. Shipping

There are two options for receiving your order:
1. You come by order to Rävala pst 6, Tallinn. The order will be served under the order number;
2. We will ship your order via Omniva, DPD or Itella SmartPost parcel to your desired location.

    We ship parcels Monday through Friday using the separate parcel service.
    The delivery time of the parcel depends on the time of the order, the type of delivery and the destination of the parcel.
    The shipping fee will be in Euros and will include VAT.
    The order reaches the user within 6 working days after the order has taken effect, ie from the moment the payment for the order is confirmed.
    Delivery time may be longer than any specific product or service is currently unavailable, due to a third party error (such as a courier company) or force majeure.
    The service provider will make every effort to inform the user in the event of problems.
